Condition Notes: A mixture of fabulous Victorian-era earrings: Two pairs of 'Grand Tour' earrings which Victorians acquired while traveling through Italy, including darling enameled putti in the style of Renaissance frescoes and two cameos signed on the back by the carver, Luigi Rosi, who sold his art beneath the Spanish Steps in Rome. A pair of onyx mourning earrings and blue enameled tassel earrings that mimic the fringes popular on Victorian dressed. All are completed by shepherd's hooks or posts, except the enameled putti earrings completed by clips. Evidence of lead solder repair on the onyx pair.
