Overall Condition: Good
Condition Notes: Lockets are an intimate and personal way to keep something special on your person, a constant reminder of something or someone important to you. These sweet little keepsakes were oh-so-popular back in the Victorian era. All lockets open and one, in particular, reveals a pair of black and white photographs of loved ones... lovely! The exterior shows a messenger bird with a sealed letter in its beak, flying above a church steeple and townscape, worn marks on the bale. The chain necklace locket as well as the two lockets with floral enamel decoration reveal inserted metal frames and thin plastic coverings for the display of pictures. The other two lockets do not have removable, inserted metal frames with coverings. A few of the plastic coverings have significantly yellowed over time. Tarnish and minor scratches visible on all pieces. Small pits on the enamel of the pink roses.
