1 Fine Large Antique Victorian 19th Century British Work of Art Oil Painting Marine Schooner Sailing Ship Levonia Off Coast Portsmouth.

Subject seascape marine portrait of the British Schooner 2 masted sailing ship Levonia rigged in full sail portrayed in side profile sailing along along facing towards the right side in relative choppy seas. With sailor figures & captain on deck and the name of the vessel showing by the bow. With various blue and white also red ensign flags can be seen hoisted on the stern & main masts. With mainly clear blue sky with some white clouds hovering overhead. To the far left you can view the shore line view of Portsmouth. On the other flank you can view small sailing ships in the distance and other sloping shoreline.

A nice size with the frame being 72cm in width and 56.5 cm high.
