Victorian Renaissance Revival Style Mirrored Back Sideboard, Late 19th Century
This wooden sideboard is crafted with wood veneer surfaces and includes an accompanying detached mirrored backboard. The credenza base features fluted and bow-front upper drawers accented with ornate metal pulls and keyholes. Beneath the drawers, a lower storage compartment is enclosed by two cabinet doors adorned with carved relief foliate medallions. The separate matching superstructure incorporates a rectangular mirror flanked by turned, carved columns, small display shelves, and an elaborately carved crest rail.
