- areas of faded finish, most notably to front panels of bookcase; areas of spotted finish, most notably to side panel of desk; cracks to burlwood cylinder panel; indentations to horizontal framing just under desk cornice, where both drawer pulls hit; stains to baize inlay of desk work surface; otherwise, with scattered nicks, marks, scratches and abrasions overall, consistent with age and use.
