Viennese Cold Painted Figural Bronze Epergne

Viennese epergne has a painted metal bowl with bronze mountings of scrolling filigree and two black children figures that see-saw back and forth underneath a flower bud glass insert. 12 in. high x 6 1/2 in. wide x 7 in. deep.
