biography:
Ukrainian Soviet painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR. Born December 11, 1927 in Boguslav, Kiev region. He studied at the Sverdlovsk Art College (1942-1944) , graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute (1950) . Teachers of the specialty: M. Ivanov, O. Fomin, O. Sirotenko, T. Yablonskaya, O. Shovkunenko. He worked in the field of easel painting. Main works: "Young leaders of the forest" (1952) ; "The Dnieper Dali" (1954) ; “To the grave of the great Kobzar”, “Kiev. Near the monument "Golden Gate" (1961) "; Leningrad. On the Neva (1964) , The Road to Yalta (1976) and others. Participated in republican exhibitions since 1951, took part in numerous exhibitions in the USSR and Abroad. Died in 2006. The painter's works can be found in numerous public and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
