DAZZLING Vintage 1870's Ocean Waves Antique Quilt ~VIBRANT EARLY FABRICS!
This GORGEOUS cotton 1870's ocean waves quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted, with a double pink/cinnamon pink calico background.

It measures 66" X 68" and is in excellent condition, with age spotting on the back and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall.
There is straight line quilting throughout at an even 8-10 stitches to the inch.
The back is white (with some printing "Waldora" and a large capital "A"), the hand stitched binding is alternating early brown and indigo fabric, and the batting is thin.
The UNUSUAL DESIGN VARIATION and RICH VARIETY OF EARLY FABRICS make this 19th century COLLECTOR'S QUILT stand out - it would make a terrific wall hanging!
