This is a vintage 18ct yellow gold gents Patek Philippe wristwatch. The watch dates back to the mid to late 1950s and features a silver dial with gold hour and minute hands and a small seconds hand at 6 oclock. This case is 18ct yellow gold and has been finished with a brown leather strap and an 18ct yellow gold buckle.
