This vintage French 19th century ladies slant top dore' bronze vanity box features a hand etched motif of scrolling floral vines decorating every panel. The lid cover is accented with a central natural green malachite gem surrounded by a sleek ribbon frame. The interior of the box has three sectional compartments covered with a salmon pink moire silk fabric. The original key & decorated lock mechanism works well. There is some wear to the dore' & cracks in the malachite.3 5/8" tall X 5 5/8" wide X 3 1/2" deep
