An exceptional early 20th-century electric adding machine produced by the Burroughs Adding Machine Company of Detroit, Michigan. Featuring a clear glass-paneled metal housing that showcases its intricate internal mechanical clockwork, a full key column layout with celluloid keytops, an attached rear paper platen, and its original cast iron rolling metal stand complete with a fold-out wooden side leaf and key. Shows honest age-appropriate wear throughout, including surface scuffs to the black enamel finish, minor patina to metal components, paint wear on the wooden side table, and light dust, though all main structural components and glass panels remain intact and well-preserved.
