Vintage CASTILIAN Ceramic Tray Topped End Table

The table is topped with a removable ceramic tray. Tray possesses ornate metal handles on either side. Hand painted foliage and floral patterns along the obverse. Center vignette features two birds resting upon a branch. Tray is thick walled and weighty. Wooden base. Four legs, ‘x’ shaped stretcher. Legs have a slightly curved shape. Underside of tray signed Castilian. Piece has some crazing and some surface wear consistent with vintage age and use. Together measures approx 20H x 20W in.
