Vintage Eagle Dancer Inlay Bolo Tie

Offered here is a vintage Eagle Dancer inlay bolo tie. The slide features an inlay created with mother of pearl, lip shell, turquoise, coral, and onyx in an Eagle Dancer design. Many of the settings have been hand carved to add texture, detail and originality to the piece. The inlay is accented with twisted wire, and the slide is on a black braided cord with silver tips with attached Eagle wing dangles. MAKER: Unmarked, but attributed to Edward Beyuka. Edward Beyuka (1921-2002; Zuni). Beyuka was the registered agent for the Zuni Craftsmen Cooperative Association (ZCCA).
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s).
SIZE: The leather cord measures 42 inches overall including the tips. The slide measures 3 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide, and the tips measure 3 1/2 inches long. The dangles measure 5/8 inch across at the widest point x 1 1/4 inches long. The total weight for this item is 54.0 grams (with most of the cord off the scale).
