Vintage Kazak Rug, Early 20th Century

Vintage Kazak rug with wool warp and weft, featuring central motif of 18 octagonal medallions interspersed with 8-point stars within a geometric border in black and red, likely early 20th century. Wrapped selvedge and 3 3/4 inch twisted fringe.

Dimensions are: 93 1/4 in (236.9 cm) wide X 137 in (348 cm) long, approximately 14 warp knots per inch. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: Surface wear to pattern, several areas of repair.
