This is a Persian -KHARAGHAN- carpet. This carpet has a beautiful, geometric border, harmonic colour and a beautiful "all over" design. It consists of wool with natural dyes made from plants and minerals. This carpet exhibits wear typical of its age, it is authentic, vintage and hand-knotted. This approx. 1 cm thick carpet was manufactured with care by a single craftsman. It has retained its beauty for decades and will continue to do so for many more.
