Vintage Pair Of Snake Themed Spurs

Available here for your consideration is a vintage pair of snake themed spurs. These single mounted spurs with 12 point rowels stand out for the heel bands formed as a snake coiling back upon itself, which are even cut out in the metal. The bodies are decorated with incised scales and detailed heads. The shanks, heel band buttons and chap guards are decorated with many lines and flourishes in the silver. SIZE: The heel openings measure 3 1/8 inches, the band width measures 1 1/8 inches and the shanks measure 3 1/4 inches long overall.
