This 22 mm vintage Patek Philippe Hour Glass in yellow gold is in fine condition. Features?a silvered dial with a small seconds display at 6 o'clock. A brand new generic brown leather strap comes with a gold plated pin buckle. Fitted with faceted mineral glass and a manual wind movement.
