Vintage Porcelain Set, Saxon Dresden 2 Jewelry Trays, 1 Basket 1950s

Vintage Rococo style fine Dresden porcelain set: two small vanity or jewelry trays and one flower basket vase. The jewelry trays are decorated with sculptured roses and miniature "Lady and Shepard" love scenes popular in the 18th century, the reproductions of Fragonard paintings, one of the major Rococo artists. The trays are marked with crossed swords with letters "M" and "B"; "Germany, Dresden", a mark of Martha Budich, Dresden [c.1950s-1961]. The basket vase is marked by the royal crown and "Dresden."

The jewelry trays are c.3" x 3" [c.8cm x 7.8cm]; the "Lady and Shepard" motifs with an imprinted "Fragonard" are only c. 1" across. The basket vase is c.6" [15.2cm] tall including yellow rose, 5.1/4" x 4.1/4" [13.3cm x 10.8cm]; no hairlines, all three items are in very good condition.
