The Vintage VSA500CR is a double cutaway semi-hollow body guitar, made in Cherry Red. An extremely affordable alternative for a legendary 335 model guitar. The body is made of laminated maple wooden parts. The mahogany tone block provides a connection between the top and back, this is also the correct place to mount two humbuckers. The neck is made of mahogany and glued to the body, this is strong and provides sufficient sustain. A lot of hardware comes from Wilkinson. The finish, tone and playability are of exceptionally high level in this price range. The Wilkinson pickups used for this VSA500HB are ceramic and deliver a perfect balance between bright and warm characters.
