This bold domed hat makes quite the impression with its structured wool felt body covered in fine navy blue velvet and white leather front crossing band. The hat has a 21'' diameter, 1 1/4'' tapered white leather band, and is 4.5'' high. In good condition with light makeup stains to the inner grosgrain band.
