Executed in 1978, in the United States of America.
Condition Report:
The work is in very good condition. The work is comprised of 33 sheets of paper, all framed under glass in 3 black wooden frames, presented float-mounted and attached to their backing boards in places from the reverse and have not been examined out of their frames.
Frame 1: All the collage elements are present and securely attached. There is minor undulation to the two white sheets of paper, deemed inherent to the mounting method. There is minor bumping to the corners and edges of all the sheets in places, minor curvature to the upper left corner of the upper left gelatin silver print and occasional minor hairline surface scratches to the gelatin silver prints in places, all only visible on close inspection.
Frame 2: All the collage elements are present and securely attached. There is minor undulation to the sheets, deemed inherent to the mounting method. There is minor bumping and folding to the corners and edges of the sheets in places, occasional minor tears to the edges, occasional linear creases in places and occasional minor discolouration towards the edges in places, all only visible on close inspection and deemed in line with the age of the work.
Frame 3: All the collage elements are present and securely attached. There is minor undulation to the sheets, deemed inherent to the mounting method. There is minor bumping to the corners and edges of the sheets in places, occasional minor tears and media losses to the edges of the upper two yellow sheets in places, occasional linear creases in places and occasional minor discolouration towards the edges in places. all only visible on close inspection and deemed in line with the age of the work.
The work has been examined under ultraviolet light and there is no evidence of restoration. Otherwise, there are no apparent condition issues with this work.
