Vitra - Maarten Van Severen - Chair (4) - .03 - Steel, polyurethane

Fixed stackable chair by author Maarten Van Severen who aimed to create a simple but designer chair with an elegant and thin shape. The design followed the motto "less is more" and it paid off. In 1998, a chair was created that is among the revolutionary chair designs of the last decade of the 20th century.
The design of the chair. 03 is simple and clean with the finishing quality typical of the Vitra brand. The rear legs are of steel construction, while the front legs are of aluminum construction in a lacquered silver, lacquered black or chrome finish. The soft seat, which adapts perfectly to the human body, is made of polyurethane foam. The backrest has a spring that guarantees comfort and perfect support.
