Vittorio Dassi - Dassi - Dining table, Table
Important and very rare dining table designed by Vittorio Dassi in the 1950s. The tabletop structure is supported by two grooved solid curved wood elements shaped like shell and fixed on embossed base made in precious marble of the Alps, finished with an amazing glass top in black opaline, The table is in its original very good conditions of the period and ready to use, with slight signs of wear consistent with age. Vittorio Dassi has been one of the most important Italian designers and manufacturers of the Italian Mid-Century Modern period, all his items are very stylish and charming, always well designed and finished with valuable materials. Dassi Mobili Moderni has been the main cabinetmakers choosen by Gio Ponti.
