Overall good condition; the chair with reglued acrylic base, sturdy and swivels as intended; the chair upholstery with a large brownish stain to left armrest, and corresponding proximate staining to left side of seat; the ottoman with two large similarly colored stains to top surface, and tear in fabric to one corner; acrylic elements generally good with light to moderate overall wear.
