Poor to fair condition, with wear commensurate with age and heavy use; this includes heavy scuffs, scratches, crackling and loss of lacquer, and heavy edge wear; notable edge losses to bottom of desk left top drawer front, desk apron and top edge; bottom left corner of credenza bottom left file drawer, and corners of credenza and desk; keys present for credenza but only top left drawer locks; no keys present for desk; heavy, sturdy, and well-built; a good candidate for restoration.
