Note

The present lot was originally installed in the dining room of Vladimir Kagan and Erica Wilson's Park Avenue apartment. The Copeland collection of furniture was originally designed for the Wilmington, Delaware home of Gerret Copeland.

Moderate overall wear commensurate with age and everyday use; this includes edge wear, veneer losses, dents, minor impressions, scuffs, and scratches, all most notably to edges of sideboard, chairs legs and feet, top rails of chairs, and table edges, legs, and feet; tabletop surface generally good with minor surface wear; table legs with some scuffs, scratches, and traces of paint; table feet heavily worn, eight sections of brass trim to feet not present, remaining trim with heavy oxidation; one brass cap to one armchair handrest missing; cabinet interiors clean and with light wear; upholstery generally good with some seam separation to seat of one armchair and light overall soiling and light fading; set presents well, is very heavy and well-made.
