Chairs present nicely in person with apparently original Kagan upholstery; foam hardened on armchair; armchair frame with some older restorations including application of two dowels to rear seat rail at medial stretcher (providing added support), finish dulled/stripped, some seam separation and older fill at joints, trace paint scuffs to arm sides and legs; one side chair with a little give to seat, losses to frame at seat front, some light trace household paint to backrest, a little light seat staining to upholstery, foam is soft; the other side chair with loose seat, one bolt joining frame to seat not present, minor scuffs, scratches, finish loss, and fading to frame, staining to seat, foam soft.
