Volkswagen - Mexico Kever Ratrod - 1983

Unique, one of a kind Rat. Rod Old Skool Beetle. Aubergine-coloured Mexico Beetle from 1983 with a 1200 cc engine as a base. It was always superbly maintained (really, from an old lady who spent lots of money on maintenance) and with a lot of maintenance documentation. It has mostly new sheet metal that has been stripped back with acid, this has made it nice and rusty, but in reality it is new. It is prepared by Old Skool Dubz, a household name in the UK when it comes to customizing VWs. It has been lowered and the rear stance is put inwards, the front has new air suspension, new stub axle hubs, brake hoses, tie rod ends, stub axles, brake drums and shoes etc. A standard Beetle on the inside with a lot of but that is part of a Rat. Rod. A modern Sony radio with speakers in an old-fashioned case has been mounted which you can place outside of the car if you’re having a picnic. The air suspension allows for ultra low parking for looks and pump it up for good driving comfort. New whitewall tyres complete the vehicle. I’ll include a long expansion nozzle with it but also a normal sport exhaust you can easily screw onto the spaghetti manifold. Dutch registration and new Dutch periodic vehicle inspection.
