Volvo - Amazon 131 - 1969

Volvo Amazon B20 341 S from February 1969. Therefore permanently tax-free in The Netherlands. Nice and particularly hard, 2 doors, with the original B20 engine. It has a 4-speed gearbox and power brakes. This Volvo was imported from Sweden in 1995, used for one year and from 1996 stored indoors with other classic vehicles. This was presumably down to the driver’s window not closing. You only need a single reason. . . The window mechanism is now in working condition, the window can close again. The B20 engine runs well after all those years. A new battery has been fitted. A new water pump and exhaust damper are included. I will mount these if I have the time. The brakes should be checked, one of the calipers is stuck, there’s some welding on the bottom, but the doors, mudguards, etc are hard! I'm guessing these were replaced in Sweden before it was exported. A very nice base for a rally car? And in a beautiful colour! The old style Hella high-beam headlights are in the boot!
