W. Greener percussion shotgun in 14g

W. Greener muzzle loading percussion double barrel shotgun in 14g. The barrels measure 27'' with a brown worn patina Damascus pattern. The rib is marked ''William Greener Maker London Inventor of Laminated Steel''. The receiver, hammers and long tang trigger guard all have scroll engraving along with a detailed crown and pineapple detail to the trigger guard front. A small chip is missing above the barrel key which holds the barrels to the stock. The stock wood is well figured with wear to the checkering and an inlaid silver crest forward of the wrist. The stock ends in a metal butt plate with a 4-1/2'' top engraved tang. This is a quality London gun in working order with an overall brown patina to the metal. Serial # 5685. NICS check required.
