Condition Report: Good antique condition showing areas of wear consistent with use and handing over time. Tripods have been refinished at some point in their history, showing older darkened scratches, areas of filler or loss, and indentations. Telescopes retain mostly even patina development, scratches, as well as some finite areas of patina loss. Both telescopes appear to function properly, without any breaks to glass lenses. No warranty is made that these examples are without defects, restorations, or working parts. Buyers are advised to check mechanisms prior to auction. Please note this work may require the buyer to obtain a CITES permit to export out of the United States. Due to increased scrutiny regarding the issuance of CITES certificates, we cannot guarantee an export permit will be granted.
