WALTHAM WATCH MUSICAL WINDOW DISPLAY

This is an amazing musical display made to advertise Waltham watches in the Saks Fifth Avenue department store in New York. It is a full carousel with a Waltham watch at the top and with electrical operation. As the carousel turns, music plays, the horses go up and down, and the pocket watch in the display even works. It has the original wood base and original glass globe - simply a wonderful survivor of a store window display from the 1930s. CONDITION: The display shows some areas of wear to the outside edges of the display, with no chips, cracks or breaks to the glass. It is fully operational and working.
