Disbound magazine, unopened, uncut (spine perished, lacking general title). “NO PEOPLE CAN BE BOUND TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND ADORE THE INVISIBLE HAND, WHICH CONDUCTS THE AFFAIRS OF MEN MORE THAN THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES”. On 30 April, Washington gave the first Presidential inaugural address to a joint session of Congress, assembled in Federal Hall, New York City, establishing a precedent that has been followed since by every elected president.
