Very light wear, with light bumping to lower spine end and corners, ink ownership inscription on front free endpaper, tape residue on both free endpapers, jacket chipped at corners, creased along top edge, lightly soiled.FIRST EDITION, first issue, with catalog number "5010/4" on copyright page, in an un-restored jacket. Prior to this issue, in late 1944, a special issue of 50 copies in wrappers was made hors de commerce, but this hard-bound form was the first issue sold.
