Condition Report:
The canvas is unlined and there is frame abrasion at edges. There is scattered fine surface cracking. Under UV: the work retains an uneven varnish and there are a few spots of inpainting in the sky. There is a T-shape line of inpainting in the tree trunk at right with a corresponding patch on the reverse.
