Cal. 22 Short. S# 281645B. Bbl. 24" oct. Sporting front sight w/ semi buckhorn sporting rear sight having replacement elevator. Full length mag. Walnut forearm & straight grip stock w/ crescent steel buttplate. 1888 Mfg. CONDITION: metal finish has faded to a mottled gray brown showing sm. dents & scratches w/ spots of light pitting having sm. wrench marks at breech end of bbl. Sanded & refinished wood has age darkened appearance showing scattered scratches & marks. Bolt has a gunsmith made replacement extractor that does not engage dust cover. Inside mag. tube is complete. Bore retains sound rifling showing light war & has added counter bore crown. (01-19335/DS). ANTIQUE. $1,500-2,250.
