Cal. 45-60. S# 54722. Bbl. 28" oct. Blade front sight w/ later vintage flat top sporting rear sight. Full length mag. Left side of action has added replacement saddle ring. Replacement walnut forearm. Original straight grip stock w/ crescent buttplate. CONDITION: bbl., dust cover, mag. cap & mag. tube band have reblued finish w/ a brown tone. Mag. tube has faded to mottled brown. Receiver has mottled gray brown appearance w/ areas of pitting & deep gouges. Sideplates have brown coloration from touch up finish. Brass lifter shows numerous sm. dents. Trigger & several action screws are replacements. Replacement forearm has good finish w/ sm. crack & gouge at action. Stock has worn finish showing scratches & marks w/ open hole in toeline for sling attachment. Bore retains intact rifling. (01-18902/DS). ANTIQUE. $800-1,200.
