The Winchester Model 101 Pigeon Grade 12-gauge is a highly regarded, premium over/under shotgun that was manufactured at the renowned Olin-Kodensha factory in Japan. Stepping above the standard field models, the Pigeon Grade is immediately recognizable by its satin-finished, coin-style receiver adorned with intricate floral scroll engraving and the signature etched pigeon medallion on the bottom of the frame. It couples this elegant metalwork with highly figured, deluxe walnut furniture featuring sharp, fine-line hand-checkering and a durable high-gloss finish. Mechanically robust, the shotgun utilizes a reliable break-open action with automatic ejectors and mechanical triggers, driving deep-blued barrels fitted with a ventilated top rib for an excellent sight plane. CONDITION: Very Good. The bores are bright and smooth. The stocks have very light handling / storge marks. Solid side rib has a few freckles.
