WINCHESTER MODEL 43 BA .22 HORNET RIFLE

SERIAL 17455. BARREL 24". CALIBER .22 HORNET. MADE 1948-1953. A rather hard to find rifle , especially in the Hornet round as most were made in .218 Bee. Features a walnut plain pistol grip stock, blue finish, magazine fed with one magazine, ramp front sight, rear sight removed and replaced by a Weaver J4 scope. Optics are clear with standard line & post. Metal exhibits nearly all the original blue with just one small spot of raw metal on right side of barrel and a couple of handling marks. Stocks are excellent. Action smooth as silk with a strong , crisp bore. C&R
