Very extensive and in excellent condition crystal glass service by Kristalunie Maastricht, series Liverpool. Willem Jacob Rozendaal (1899-1971) was a Dutch artist and designer of glass and ceramics. In the period from 1924 to 1933 he lived in Maastricht and part of this time he worked as a designer for the Kristalunie in Maastricht. It concerns a unique quantity in sets of 12/24 pieces, consisting of (measurements approximately) : - 24x wine glass: dm 8cm; h 14cm - 12x liqueur/dessert wine glass: dm 6cm; h 11cm - 12x champagne glass: dm 8cm; h 10. 5cm - 12x water glass: dm 8. 5cm; h 9cm On the basis of the label, Kristalunie Maastricht estimates that the series belongs to the 1939/40 production period. The objects will be sent well-packaged, but can also be picked up in Zeist, Amsterdam or The Hague if desired.
