WMF - Coffee and tea service (5)

Very nice WMF Tea/Coffee service consisting of 5 matching pieces: tray, teapot, coffee pot, sugar bowl and milk jug. The photos unfortunately do not pay tribute to the aesthetics and beauty of the set but it is really a superb service, extremely refined. The main pattern is the stylized peacock feather and a cartridge, on each piece, presents a golden chimera, like all reliefs. The curves of the tray and the pieces are typically Art Nouveau (around 1918 as the hallmarks attest it) and constitute a real "jewel"! All the pieces are signed and in good condition, despite some silver defects on the tray, but without bumps, deformations nor holes. Size: Tray: 60 x 34 cm, coffee pot height: 30 cm Teapot: 24 cm, Sugar bowl: 15 cm; Milk jug: 12 cm.
