WW1 BELGIUM TRENCH KNIFE W/ SCABBARD WWI
A good and quite scarce example of this Great War Belgian trench knife. Made for the Belgian Government in exile by the Sheffield firm of Sanderson Brothers & Newbould, who are better known for their 1908 Pattern Cavalry Troopers Swords. Hardwood grip in good condition, and retaining its original leather wrist loop. Eight inch blade with faint traces of the makers mark. Steel disk guard is very tight. Housed in the correct steel scabbard.
