WW1, Great War British Other Ranks, 'Grey Back' Flannel Shirt. A good example of the wool flannel shirt as issued to other ranks in the Great War. Brushed wool material with frontal bib section and a three button closure. Collarless with a white cotton tape with blue stripping. Button cuffs with pointed cuffs. Very good condition for its age. Minimal age related wear and very slight mothing. The Late Richard Archer Collection.
