WW1 Imperial German Kriegsmarine Flag. A very nice original Great War period German navy (Kriegsmarine) flag. Constructed in a heavy cotton material and printed. Good vibrant colours wit the imperial cross to the top left corner and the central eagle. The cotton seam running down the left hand side of the flag retains the original ink stamped crown cypher with the marine 'M' as well as 'Sturm F1'. Reinforced stitched edging. Stated to be a souvenir recovered from a sank ship in the Baltic. Some age related wear an mothing scattered. Very nice original wartime period flag. Measures 93cm x 162cm.
