WW2 ERA SPRINGFIELD ARMORY MODEL 1903 30-06
SERIAL NUMBER: 1286862 BARREL: 24" CALIBER: 30-06 SPRG. MANUFACTURED: 1928 and re-barreled in 1942 MADE IN THE U.S.A. Springfield production barrel dated 2-42. Standard 1903 sights. Blued parts, Straight grip wood stock with gloss finish. Smooth finished metal butt plate with trapdoor for a cleaning kit. CONDITION: Metal is showing surface rust and patina overall, with general wear and handling marks. Wood has dings, scratches and dents and was refinished at some point. Bore is frosted with rifling showing. Operates normally. C&R.
