World War Two German Heer Panzer Officer visor cap. Quality grey-green wool construction with dark green band, pink piping, and black lacquered vulcanfibre visor. Braided silver bullion adjustable chinstrap secured by two magnetic pebbled buttons. Insignia includes: Die struck metal eagle over metal cockade with silvered metal wreath. Interior lined with grey silk / rayon with celluloid sweat diamond maker signed, "WILH HUBER TUTTLINGEN" with typed paper identification tag, "Hptm. Andress Thaler II PZ. Regt. 25" and leather sweat band. Excellent field worn condition with wear and interior soiling.
