Great as shipped from a American GI of the Japanese World War 2 his captured trophy swords in crate. Original shipping crate. Original paperwork. Consists of 6 pieces. 1) Two JapaneseWWII curved swords. Brass handle with leather wrap grip. Loss to plating on scabbard. Some rust on blade. One 35 1/2 inches long and the other 33 1/2 inches. 2) Japanese Samurai sword. Storage mounts. Wood handle and wood scabbard. This wooden set maybe call a Shirasaya. Sword blade very good condition. Paper label with script. Blade handle is signed. 35 1/2 inches long. 3) Short type Samurai sword. Black lacquered scabbard. Blade with rust and missing the smaller knives. Wrappedhandle. Some to shark skin. 25 inches long. 4) Short Japanese WWII sword. Black lacquered covered scabbard. Wrapped end or sleeve at end Blade with surface rust and a knick. Iron guard with brass mounts. Reddish wood handle. Missing smallknife. 29 inches long. 5) WWII Japanese NCO sword and scabbard. Can not open up sword. Struck. Seems to be in good condition. Dirty. 39 1/2 inches long. Shipping in crate 56 x 6 x 8 and 20 pounds approx.
