SERIAL NUMBER 3605732 BARREL 18" CASLIBER 30M1 MANUFACTURED 7-44. Iconic M1 carbine of WW2 fame produced in Grand Rapids MI by the Saginaw Steering gear division of General Motors. Fitted with type 3 barrel band with bayonet lug. , slide adjustable rear sight,cotton sling and oiler. Rifle is a late war reissued example with mixed manufactured parts and has toggle safety and unmarked magazine release. Wood stocks are without markings and handguard is 2 rivet pattern. CONDITION, Very fine with excellent bore and properly operating action. Slight finish loss from use. Stocks have typical light bruises and dings but otherwise very fine. C&R*
