WW2 WINCHESTER TYPE 3 M1 CARBINE

SERIAL NUMBER 5704485 BARREL 18" CALIBER .30 M1 CARBINE MANUFACTURED LATE WW2. Produced by Winchester for issue during WW2. Type 3 configuration with proper slide adjustable rear sight, bayonet lug, push button safety, "M" marked magazine release and late round bolt assembly. 2 rivet handguard and Ordnance bomb marked butt stock with "W" in sling slot. All parts appear to be Winchester contracted parts including trigger assembly and undated Winchester proofed barrel. CONDITION, Very fine with fine bore and excellent wood. Action operates properly.
