WWI Canadian 1919 Victory Loan Poster

Canadian. C. 1919. Victory Loans were appeals by the Canadian government for money to finance the war effort. The Government produced pinback buttons which were distributed to those who contributed money, hence the reference to "....this button". Marked, "W.P.17", lower left edge.

Size
24" x 18".

Condition
Some wear and loss to lower edge and partial upper right corner. Crease across center has been reinforced by clear tape. One .75-inch closed tear extending from center left reinforced by clear tape. Upper left edge has C-shaped closed tear, also reinforced with clear tape. Two pin-holes at upper left corner
